Still trying (unsuccessfully) to balance the negativity of my current state of mind.
Things to be happy about: Set of five commercials approved at first shot. Out of current agency in less than a week. Started an Indiana Jones-type book called Seven Ancient Wonders. Drinking less. Back in touch with friends I've been neglecting for a bit. Going to move back with my folks, which is something I really, really need to do. Will be out of the sweltering Madras summer soon.
Er, that's it.
Could things be better? Yeah, sure. Worse? Don't even get me started!

Please cheer up babe. Nothing's worth being down and depressed. Take a break, have a drink, switch off....
Simple advice that you give all the time.... If you don't like something, walk away from it. The only compulsion is to be happy. All else is negotiable.
Hmmmmm. Anonymous: Alcohol's not helping at all, but a break's a good idea. Some Friendly Advice: I always thought being happy was simple, but I think I was mistaken.

This doesn't sound like angst, beautiful. It's more like a full on depression that you're trying to stay on top off. Question is, are you gonna do something about it or just wait till you fall apart. Take that break, honey. Seriously.
